Nice To Meet You

I began my career as a French Immersion teacher, earning my B.Ed and teaching in Saskatchewan

and Alberta from Kindergarten through Grade 6 — in classrooms, and in the gym as a physical

education teacher.

Those years in education shaped me deeply, and I still cherish the connections and growth I witnessed in my students.

Since 2000, my focus has been on raising my family as a “home management engineer” — a title that

might make you smile, but perfectly captures the skill, creativity, and adaptability it takes to run a busy

household. I even homeschooled for a few of those early years, blending structure with flexibility as I

guided my children’s learning.

Over time, I discovered that my passion for teaching had simply shifted. Instead of working with students in a classroom, I began working with women in the classroom of life — helping them navigate change, clear away mental clutter, and create space for what truly matters.

My training at The Life Coach School gave me the tools, but it’s my life experience — the messy, beautiful, unpredictable parts — that makes my coaching deeply personal and practical.

Today, I combine my background in education, my years of hands-on life experience, and my belief in

every woman’s potential to guide my clients toward clarity, confidence, and grace in every season of

life.

Why I Coach

I coach because I know how it feels to wonder What’s next for me? I’ve been in seasons of uncertainty

— where the outside world looked fine, but inside I was longing for peace, direction, and purpose.

Through coaching, I learned how to quiet the noise, uncover what matters most, and take confident

steps toward the life I wanted. That’s what I want for you too.

Let’s Begin

Your story isn’t finished. There’s a next step waiting for you — and you don’t have to find it alone.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, seeking more balance, or simply wanting to feel more at

ease in your days, I’m here to guide you.

Let’s create grace in your space — and in your life.
